These terms apply to your use of this website and to service requests made through it.

Website information

Content on this site is general information about garage doors and the services Garage Justice provides. It is not a diagnosis of your specific door and is not a substitute for an in-person inspection. Garage door springs and cables are under high tension; do not attempt to adjust or replace them yourself.

Service requests and scheduling

Submitting a form or sending a text is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment exists once we have confirmed a date and time window with you directly. We may need to reschedule for weather, safety or earlier jobs running long, and we'll let you know as soon as we can.

Estimates and pricing

Any figure discussed before we see the door is an estimate based on what you describe. Final pricing is confirmed after inspection and before work begins. If we find additional issues once work starts, we stop and discuss them with you rather than adding to the invoice.

Promotional offers

The $79.99 Garage Door Tune-Up & Inspection covers inspection, lubrication and adjustment as described on this site. Parts and repairs identified during the visit are quoted separately and are never performed without your approval. Additional repairs or replacement parts are quoted separately.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the approved work unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.

Limitation of liability

We are responsible for the work we perform. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions we did not service, for damage caused by other parties, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under North Carolina law.
